Short term accommodation (STA) is an NDIS support that gives you time away from your caring duties. You can receive respite for a few days or weeks in the comfort of an Optim care home.

This can include

Personal care, showering and dressing
Meal planning and cooking
Medication and nutrition
Lifestyle and recreational activities
Overnight support
